WHEN THE CRAP HITS THE FAN

Hello friends has the crap hit the fan yet.

If you have been working on your relationship talking about hidden things in your life and exposing the secrets, it should be getting a bit uncomfortable right now.   Just hold on this is a good thing, trust me.

Now you may need a few rules for communicating, When a person is speaking the other sits and listens no abusive words from either person.  Yes you may think about it, but don't say it you rascal.

As hard as it might be to hold your tongue this very thing will bring honor, respect, and love back in the relationship.  I'm sure you don't  want to end up on that demon merry- go- round that never lets you resolve even the smallest of issues.        Sounds like gluttons for punishment don't you think.

The goal in this stage is to figure out the real problem that's plaguing your relationship and it wont be easy, the reason for that is we tend to revert to a protection mode, we don't want to admit our faults or mistakes.          .Its all about owning your crap and being vulnerable.

This is where most relationships stall out because no one wants to take responsibility for their junk, this is known as the proverbial blaming phase. .e.g But you did that, that's why I did this, so its your fault and we are on that demon merry-go-round again doing nothing more then whining.  Yup its time to grow up now!!

Getting through the blaming stage is so freeing and liberating I kid you not, once you cross over the line of stupidness, seriously, you will wonder how you ever got in this mess in the first place.   Yes there really is hope.

At this point your eyes are open to find the truth now, your heart is open as well but very RAW you must push through to get to the real root or roots that have cause the disconnection in your relationship.   It is so worth the the fight.

The sad thing is relationships seldom get there because people would rather sweep it under the rug then take time to work at it, yet that is why we end up here in the first place.   Do you love yourself enough to fight for the truth?

Well that's it for now this is JD saying love yourself enough to fight for truth and liberty in your relationship.
